1. Return Window
You may request a return within 14 calendar days of receiving your order.
2. Conditions for Returns
Returned items must:
- Be unused and in original condition
- Include original packaging and authenticity documentation
- Be shipped with proper protection
Non-returnable items
- Custom artwork
- Personalized or modified pieces
- Commissioned art
3. Return Process
- Email info@victormexart.com with your order number.
- Wait for confirmation and return instructions.
- Ship the artwork securely to the provided address.
- Once inspected, your refund will be processed.
4. Refunds
- Refunded through the original payment method
- Processing time: 7–14 business days
- Original shipping costs are not refundable
- Return shipping is at the buyer’s expense unless the item was defective
5. Damaged or Defective Merchandise
If your piece arrives damaged:
- Contact us within 48 hours
- Attach photos of the packaging and the damage
- We will offer repair, replacement, or refund depending on availability
6. International Returns
Buyers are responsible for:
- International return shipping
- Import duties or customs fees
